Property Managers

Claire Flewelling joined Pemberton Holmes in March of 2005 after returning to Victoria from Calgary, Alberta. She brings to her position eight years of experience in the real estate field, in both administrative roles and as a Property Manager specializing in the management of condominiums. In addition to being General Manager, Claire also handles a portfolio of commercial mixed-used properties. She is also the project manager of a five-suite renovation which has included overseeing the restoration of this unique residential and commercial property. Claire is a member of ROMS BC and the Chamber of Commerce.
